Flow STG Sand Volleyball Club offers 2-hour training sessions designed to help athletes develop elite beach volleyball skills, improve game strategy, and build confidence on the sand.

Why Sand Training?

🔥 More Training Time: Beginning May 2025, Sessions are 2 hours long, giving players more reps, coaching, and live play.
💡 Game IQ & Strategy: Training focuses on skill execution, decision-making, and doubles play to prepare athletes for competition.
📈 Flexible Training Packages: Choose from drop-in sessions or discounted multi-session packs to fit your summer schedule.

📍Where do we Train? Sessions are run in St. George, Utah at Vernon Worthen Park, Little Valley Fields, and the new Fossil Falls Volleyball Courts. (Session locations are color coded on the calendar below.)

PLEASE NOTE: All athletes are required to complete an evaluation before registering for training sessions. You will receive a rating from Coach Jaz directly, which will tell you which training group sessions you are invited to attend!

📅 When are sessions? Summer 1 Sessions are outlined below. Summer 2 sessions will be finalized soon!

From May 6-26:

  • National: Tues 7-9, Weds 7-9, Sat 8-10

  • Group 1 (G1): Tues 5-7, Weds 7-9, Sat 8-10

  • Group 2 (G2): Tues 5-7, Weds 5-7, Sat 10-12

  • Group 3 (G3): Weds 5-7, Sat 10-12

Week of May 27:

  • National: Tues 9-11AM, Weds 9-11AM, Sat 8-10AM

  • G1: Weds 9-11AM, Sat 8-10AM

  • G2: Tues 11AM-1PM, Weds 9-11AM, Sat 10-Noon

  • G3: Tues 11AM-1PM, Sat 10-Noon

Week of June 1:

  • National: Mon 8-11AM, Fri 9-11AM

  • G1: 9-11AM

  • G2: 9-11AM
