Open Program Registration

Join Flow STG’s Sand Volleyball Training program and take your game to the next level! Our club offers a unique opportunity to train in the sand while building strength, agility, and a deeper understanding of the game—all in a supportive and empowering environment.

What is Open Program? If you’re new to us, Open Program is essentially a workout, skills clinic and tryout all in one. All athletes who are interested in training with our club are required to complete an evaluation (tryout) either through Open Program or a Training Series. Come prepared to learn a lot, work hard, and have fun!

Why train in the sand? Sand volleyball is a fast-growing Division I collegiate sport with incredible scholarship opportunities for athletes. Training in the sand challenges players in ways that indoor volleyball cannot: the uneven surface enhances balance, stability, and core strength, while the smaller team format sharpens decision-making, communication, ball control and versatility. These benefits translate directly to improved performance on the indoor court, helping athletes build their confidence and refine their skills.

At Flow STG, we focus on more than just skill development. Our program is designed to help girls build self-confidence, cultivate resilience, and deepen their love for the game. Whether you’re an indoor athlete looking to expand your capabilities or aspiring to excel in sand volleyball, this training will prepare you to reach new heights—on and off the court.

Who is the coach? Coach Jaz brings a wealth of experience and passion to the court. A former Division I athlete who competed for Pepperdine Beach Volleyball, she grew up playing sand volleyball on the beaches of California, where her love for the game began. With years of playing and coaching at elite levels, she understands what it takes to succeed both on and off the court.

Known for her positive energy and supportive coaching style, Coach Jaz is dedicated to helping players not only master the game but also build confidence and learn to love themselves through the process. Her vision for Flow STG’s sand volleyball program is ambitious and inspiring: to develop elite-level athletes who compete nationally and pursue opportunities to play in college. Whether you’re new to sand volleyball or striving to reach the next level, Coach Jaz is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
